Tempted Nails 3-Day Beginner Nail Course Policies


1. Course Purpose and Disclaimer

• The Tempted Nails 3-Day Beginner Nail Course is designed to provide supplemental education and hands-on experience for aspiring nail technicians who want to gain confidence and foundational skills before or during nail school.

• This course does not replace or count toward any state-approved nail school hours required for licensure.

• Completion of this course does not qualify a student for a nail technician license. Students are responsible for enrolling in an approved cosmetology or nail technology program to meet state requirements.



2. Course Options and Payment Policies


One-on-One Class

• A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your 1-on-1 class date.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the first day of class.

• Your spot will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.


Group Beginner Class

• The full payment of $750 is due at the time of enrollment to reserve your seat in the group course.

• Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.


Payment Methods

• Accepted forms of payment include Apple Pay, Cash, or Card (with applicable processing fees).

• All payments are final and non-refundable, but may be transferred once to a future course date if notice is provided at least 7 days before your scheduled start.



3. Attendance and Punctuality

• Students must arrive on time each day. Repeated tardiness may result in dismissal without refund.

• Absences or missed class days cannot be made up without prior arrangement and may result in forfeiture of certification.



4. Guests and Visitors

• Unauthorized guests, children, and visitors are not permitted during class hours for safety, liability, and focus reasons.

• Only enrolled students are allowed in the training area.



5. Provided Equipment and Supplies

• Tempted Nails provides a complete beginner nail kit that includes all tools and materials needed for the course.

• Students are expected to handle all provided equipment responsibly.

• Any intentional damage or loss of equipment may result in a replacement fee.



6. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain a professional, respectful, and positive attitude during all class sessions.

• Disruptive behavior, poor hygiene, or refusal to follow instructions may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

• No recording, live streaming, or photography of course materials without prior permission.



7. Health & Safety

• Proper sanitation and hygiene are expected at all times.

• Students must notify the instructor of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions prior to class.

• The instructor reserves the right to deny participation if safety concerns arise.



8. Liability Waiver

• By enrolling, students acknowledge that Tempted Nails and Anthumie Thifault are not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage that may occur during or after the course.

• Students participate at their own risk and agree to hold the instructor harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from class participation.

• Students understand that all information shared during the course is for educational purposes only and results may vary based on personal practice and experience.



9. Certification of Completion

• Upon successful completion of all three days, students will receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing their participation in the Tempted Nails Beginner Nail Course.

• This certificate is not a professional license, but an acknowledgment of training and effort.



10. Agreement


By enrolling and submitting payment, each student acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Tempted Nails Beginner Nail Course Policies in full.
